How to use

Standing in the shower or bath tub take a handful of this scrub and apply to dry or damp body skin in a circular manner working from ankle towards hips and pelvis towards the heart. Rinse very well with warm water, using a small amount of soap if you do not prefer to leave a gentle film of nourishing oil on the body. Pat dry. No need to apply lotion. Use once every 7-10 days for best results.
